Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
• A request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing santabutique4@gmail.com with clear photos and order details.

Earrings

• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or wrong item is received.

Blouse Products

• Eligible for return only if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved and item is received, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind, size issues, or slight color variations due to lighting/screen differences are not accepted.
